Kombucha is a fermented fizzy probiotic beverage made from 3 simple ingredients i.e Tea , Sugar and Water. It has some tartness along with sweetness. The tartness comes from the Organic Acids present naturally in Kombucha which help promote gut health .

Our Kombucha is in its natural form and has life in it . Thus Life In The Tea (LITT) . Pretty Obvious right. Since our kombucha is not pasteurized and it needs to be refrigerated at all times. Also it tastes best when chilled so why not.

Each 16 oz serving of LITT Kombucha has 15-20mg of natural caffeine . That is equivalent to 1/10th of cup of tea or coffee. Perfect to be enjoyed even in evenings or after dinner.

Sugar ranges between 12-16 gms per 16oz serving. That is 1/3 the amount of sugar from a soda pop.
